Description

Name: Dr. Flouf
Personality: He's a simple guy, he likes eating his meat raw, laughing at people falling as he helps them up, skating and whispering ominously in the corner of the room as you sleep.
Bio: He was a doctor once but after so many mysterious disappearances, the terribly bleak and unimaginative world he was forced to live in, sentenced him to prison; wasn't the same when he got out. Slightly changed his point of view in there. Most of his friends had refused to come near him -- who could blame them? They didn't want to become experiments!
He wasn't always a doctor that mutated his patients, but that's boring and he didn't care much. A normal childhood, with a normal pair of birthers -- I mean parents, and he was well enough in school and went to a not-too-bad college in a not-so-poor part of the country. All in all, he's a fluffy doctor willing to steal your heart -- literally!
